II. Handle relevant procedures

1. Handle the hot work safety certificate. For the hot work permit of the pipe gallery in the plant area, the hot work unit shall designate a special person or the person in charge of the hot work project to apply to the production workshop in the area where the hot work pipeline is located with the "equipment maintenance safety work permit", which shall be countersigned by the plant production dispatcher and approved by the safety technology department and the fire department

2. Pipelines with flammable, explosive, toxic and corrosive media should be thoroughly cleaned and replaced, and samples should be taken at representative places for analysis

3. according to the requirements of hot work analysis, hot work must be carried out within one hour after sampling (provided that the hot work analysis is qualified). If the sampling analysis is unqualified, the cause must be found and the replacement analysis must be cleaned again. If the interval of hot work is more than 2 hours, the hot work analysis must be carried out again

4. if the hot work pipeline is closely separated from the nearby pipelines with flammable, explosive, toxic and corrosive media, effective isolation measures must be taken

5. For ditches, hot work analysis must be carried out. If necessary, open two or three covers at the front and rear of the hot work point to facilitate gas emission

IV. check before hot work

1. Before hot work is carried out on the pipeline on the pipe gallery, the hot work part must be confirmed first. If there are many pipes, they must be marked to prevent accidental fire

2. check whether there is splashing and contamination of corrosive media near and above the operation point

3. Before hot work, check whether there is leakage in the pipeline around the hot work point on the pipe rack. In case of leakage, find out the leaked substance and take effective isolation measures if necessary

4. Inflammables and explosives must be completely removed around the pipe gallery welding and cutting operation site and within the scope of falling welding slag sparks

5. Check whether there are water seals, underground wells, open ditches, underground ditches and underground concealed works that may leak flammable and explosive gases around the site. Carry out chemical treatment and fire analysis for these parts, and take reliable shielding measures

6. check whether the vent pipe of the storage tank around the hot work is the area where sparks may splash. If so, isolation measures must be taken to prevent accidents. All cable trench covers on the ground shall be tightly covered or covered to prevent fire stars from splashing in

7. before the hot work, the manual Rockwell hardness tester should be checked from the top. The operation is simple. Within 10m around the vertical below the hot work (the cutting direction and wind direction should also be considered, and the wind speed due to the lack of understanding of the test method of the fatigue testing machine), the inflammables should be removed, and there should be no leakage of flammable gas and flammable liquid. Reliable safety measures shall be taken for equipment and pipelines that cannot remove inflammables and inflammable media

10. there should be enough safety distance between the gas cylinder and the hot work point, and fireproof materials should be used to block it if necessary. Dissolved acetylene cylinders and oxygen cylinders shall not be close to the heat source, exposed to the sun, and placed directly under the high-voltage power line and production pipeline

11. There must be a specially assigned person under the hot work point, and a warning line must be set up to prohibit pedestrians and vehicles from passing through the area where sparks may splash

If the original medium of the pipeline is inflammable and explosive, and the hot work is interrupted for more than half an hour for some reason, if it is necessary to carry out hot work again, it should be re sampled for hot work analysis, and the hot work can be carried out again only after the hot work analysis is qualified

6. when walking on the pipeline, you should concentrate and pay attention to anti-skid and anti tripping

7. comply with relevant safety protection standards, especially personal protective equipment, tools and protective facilities should be complete and effective, and wear and use reasonably. For the fastening method of safety belt, it is best to use high hanging and low use, followed by parallel fastening, and it is forbidden to hang low hanging and high use

8. After the completion of hot work, the guardian must comprehensively check with the hot work personnel and the hot work project leader whether there may be latent kindling around the site, and can leave the site only after confirming that there is no fire hazard. If necessary, the unit shall designate a special person to conduct night inspection, because some flames can't be seen in the daytime and can only be found at night

9. it is forbidden to cross work up and down

10. Hot work shall be stopped in case of strong wind above level 5
